Pseudomyrmex (twig ants)
Pseudomyrmex are elongate ants, usually arboreal, found throughout
the warmer regions of the new world. Species in the ferrugineus
group of Central America have evolved complex and specialized relationships
with the Acacia plants they inhabit.
